Welcome to the Picnic! Picnic Properties is a concept idea for a real estate investment brand with a twist. Someday I’d love to own a cozy, furnished mid- to long-term rental property (or maybe even a few) and if that opportunity comes along, this is exactly the vibe I’d want it to have. The goal is simple: create an identity for spaces that feel nostalgic, relaxed, and always welcoming.

The brand draws inspiration from the warmth and charm of vintage and mid-century style, with my own personal touch. It’s designed to have a personality that is anything but your typical real estate or rental look. The color palette, paired with friendly typography and a brand pattern inspired by cozy picnic blankets, gives the identity a relaxed and approachable feel.

Renting with Picnic Properties should feel as easy as a picnic in the park. Every space will be designed to be inviting and effortlessly comfortable, making renters excited to kick back and enjoy being part of the picnic.
