Wolfstone is a small, women-only shared home with six private bedrooms and a few thoughtfully designed communal spaces. It is built for people who want independence first, with shared living as a quiet secondary layer.

Most co-living spaces lean heavily on community, often centering their experience around social interaction and shared activities. Wolfstone takes a different approach. The focus is on creating a calm, low-pressure environment where residents can live alongside others without expectation.

The design direction reflects that shift. It is warm, feminine, and modern, with a focus on clarity, softness, and ease. Every decision was made to feel approachable without becoming overly styled or overwhelming.The focus is on creating a strong first impression while guiding users toward exploring available spaces and learning more about how the experience works.

The website introduces the concept in a calm, welcoming way, giving just enough information to help someone quickly understand what the space is, who it is for, and how it works. The goal was to make everything feel clear and easy to take in without overwhelming the user.

Private rooms are presented as simple, easy-to-scan cards that give a clear sense of the space while keeping the experience lightweight and approachable.

A small set of display ads was created to introduce the concept and drive traffic to the site. Each piece focuses on communicating the balance of independence and shared living while adapting the same idea across a few standard formats.

A simple yard sign was also created to support local visibility.

The approach stays intentionally minimal and calm so the message comes through without feeling overly promotional or loud.

A short onboarding email series was created to support new residents after initial interest, with a focus on clarity, ease, and setting expectations early.

Each email is designed to feel warm and straightforward, helping residents understand what living at Wolfstone is like while reinforcing the low-pressure and independent nature of the space.

The project was designed as a connected digital experience, where each piece supports a different part of the journey. The landing page introduces the concept, the room cards support browsing, and the marketing pieces and emails bring people into the experience.

Together, these elements create a clear and consistent system that helps turn an unfamiliar idea into something easy to understand and explore.
